The Certified Black/Brown/Green or Yellow Belt Six Sigma practitioner is a professional who is able to:

  1. Identify and apply the principles and practice
  2. Evaluate and control Business Performance Improvement
  3. Execute the applications in the workplace.

The Qualification is based on the IAQC Body of Knowledge (BOK) which includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Development and operation of quality management systems
  2. Application of the tools and techniques of Continuous Improvement
  3. Root cause analysis and validation
  4. Use of statistical methods to diagnose and remedy process deficiencies
  5. Influence and persuade others to overcome resistance to change
  6. Administer relevant business management systems applicable to the level of qualification.
