Reduced the overall physical stock from 30.6 million sq meters to 23.6 million sq meters in Hong Kong with the sales volume 10% increase in 2005 (29% improvement).

February 2005 stock level 30,664,743 sqm with working capital $ 89,758,706 HKD was reduced to November 2005 stock level 23,646,727 sqm with working capital $ 75,431,204 HKD, total reducing $14,327,502 HKD.
